It’s never too early to start thinking about Christmas!


Stay at The Boar’s Head this Christmas & let us make it one to remember!

Christmas Eve

Enjoy a Black-Tie Dinner in the Castle on your first evening.
A glass of fizz on arrival in the Castle Large Drawing Room
followed by a sumptuous gourmet meal, including wine
served in the Castle Library.
To end the evening walk across to
Ripley All Saint’s Church for midnight mass.


Christmas Day

Wake up Christmas morning to Brunch in the Dining Room
served with a celebratory glass of Bucks Fizz.
In the afternoon the Queens Speech will be transmitted in the Drawing Room, followed by a Traditional Christmas Luncheon served in the Dining Room complimented with wine chosen by Sir Thomas Ingilby.
For anyone who is a little peckish in the evening,
a Ploughman’s platter will be served in the Bar.


Boxing Day

 Start the morning with Breakfast in the Dining Room,
then enjoy the day at your leisure.
Take a drive into the Dales? Enjoy a Ripley Castle themed Treasure hunt in the Castle Grounds or simply relax in
the Drawing Room with Board Games,
mulled wine and a cheeseboard!
In the evening a Murder Mystery themed Dinner, 3 courses
and wine will be served in the Dining Room. 


Package Tariff

3 Day Christmas Package – £900.00 per room
Based on double occupancy in a standard room, arriving on Christmas Eve. 

Why not add an additional night stay on 23rd or 27th  December?
£100.00 per room, based on double occupancy.

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast including cream tea and a glass of fizz.
