Easter at Ripley

The Easter Egg Hunt and Colouring Competition will be held on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 11.00am until 4.00p.m (last admission 3.00pm). There are lots of prizes to be won. Special Tours of the Castle for Children, which are informative and fun, will be held daily at. 1.30p.m.

A Summer evening of Musical Entertainment

Book now for a Summer’s Evening of Musical Entertainment on Saturday 5th July. Enjoy a glass of Pimms on arrival in the circular courtyard followed by a BBQ buffet whilst listening to the soft delights of the Eugene Farrar Jazz Band. Later on, in the Long Gallery, you will have the opportunity to dance the night away as the band play Live Jazz Music for your pleasure. 7.00pm until midnight. £29.95 per person.

SILVER FOR CASTLE IN NATIONAL AWARDS

Ripley Castle has won a Silver Award in VisitBritain’s Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2007 in the category ‘Small Visitor Attraction of the Year’ (under 100,000 visitors). The Castle qualified for the award after winning the equivalent category in the regional ‘White Rose Awards for Tourism’, organised by the Yorkshire Tourist Board.
